Lupfer Builders was established in 1994 by Dave Lupfer. A graduate of Northern Illinois University, Dave comes to the construction industry with a wealth of experience. He began his career with Seigle’s Home Centers, managing site installations of Seigle products such as millwork, doors, windows, & cabinetry. He also managed their retail electrical and plumbing department as well.
Dave also worked for Corus Bank as a consultant, managing, repairing, and eventually selling foreclosed houses for this conglomerate. Before starting his own firm, Dave also worked as a construction liaison for Paramount Homes, a Chicago area builder.
